Joyce founded AgilisIT during the “Great Recession” with $100 and a lot of sweat equity.  When women are still the minorities in technology, she has been helping clients ranging from startups to billion-dollar companies realize their visions with technology, and achieving double-digit growth for AgilisIT at the same time.  She works hard to delight her clients while expanding job opportunities to other women and under-represented groups in tech.

Joyce has won awards such as the 2017 American Small Business Championship, 2015 Healthcare Champions for Healthcare IT, Women Who Mean Business and was a finalist for 2016 Most Admired Small Business CEO. She has been quoted by prominent IT publications such as Inc., The New York Times, CIO Update, Processor.com etc., and has been interviewed by KUSI San Diego and 600 KOGO News Radio.

As a dog lover, Joyce co-founded Woof’s Life, an organization that raises money and celebrates animal adoptions while creating job opportunities to workers with developmental disabilities. She loves to dive in the summer, snowboard in the winter, look for good eats, and autocross her car all year round.
